Getting started

How do I create an account?

Create a free account with your email and a password. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm the address. Your first report is free.

Which files can I upload?

A NinjaTrader or Tradovate trade performance CSV, an E*TRADE 1099-B PDF, or the EdgeLens template CSV for any other broker. Files can be up to 5 MB. See how to export your trades.

My file was rejected. What now?

Check that it's the trade list (not an account statement) and hasn't been edited in a spreadsheet app that changed the dates. If it still fails, send us a message below; please don't attach account numbers.

Sign-in and account

I forgot my password.

Choose Sign in, then "Forgot your password?". We email you a code to set a new one.

I didn't get the verification email.

Check spam and promotions folders; it comes from EdgeLens. Codes expire after 24 hours; start sign-up again to get a new one.

How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?

Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app is optional and is offered on the sign-in page.

How do I delete my account?

Signed in, open Settings and choose Delete account. That permanently deletes your login, reports and trades. Reports can also be deleted one at a time.

Billing

How much does it cost?

Your first report is free. Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year; Coach is $29 a month. See pricing.

How do I cancel?

Use the link in your Square receipt email, or send us a message. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Privacy

What do you keep from my files?

Only the trades themselves (symbol, side, size, dates, results, and option details when present). The file is read in memory and never stored. We never ask for broker logins. See the privacy policy.
