Terms of Service

EdgeLens is a service of Pycas Design Innovations, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Pycas", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using EdgeLens you agree to these Terms.
1. What EdgeLens is
EdgeLens is educational software. It calculates statistics about trades you have already closed, from files you choose to upload, and shows hypothetical "replays" of those same past trades under rules you select.
2. What EdgeLens is not
- EdgeLens does not provide investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice.
- EdgeLens does not recommend any security, futures contract, option, direction, entry, exit, or strategy.
- EdgeLens does not connect to your brokerage account, place orders, or hold funds.
- Pycas is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or tax preparer.
You are solely responsible for your trading and financial decisions. Consult a licensed professional before making them.
3. Hypothetical results
The paper review checks sessions you confirm as paper trades against rules you write. EdgeLens does not verify that an upload came from a paper account. Completing the review means only that those sessions kept your rules; it is not a prediction of results, evidence of a profitable strategy, a recommendation to trade with real money, or an assessment of your suitability to trade. EdgeLens never places, routes or suggests orders.
Replays are hypothetical. They apply rules to your past trades after the fact and do not reflect real fills, slippage, liquidity, or how you would actually have traded. Past results, real or hypothetical, do not predict future results. Trading futures, options, and securities involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Accuracy
EdgeLens reads files produced by third parties and may misread them. Always verify figures against your broker's official statements. Do not use EdgeLens figures to prepare tax returns.
5. Your account and your data
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your sign-in secure. You may upload only files you are entitled to share. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and how you can delete it at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious files, reverse engineer the service, or use it to provide advice to others.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Square; we never receive your card number. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
EdgeLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pycas is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pycas against claims arising from your misuse of EdgeLens or violation of these Terms.
11. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. [Attorney to confirm venue, arbitration and class-action waiver language.]
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will ask you to accept material changes before your next upload.
